Temporarily living in NRW, Deutschland and I'm wondering if anyone has advice for hitting on women here, in Germany, or in general for places where English is not the first language.
I do study, but my German is shit at this point and will be for a while. English seems common enough but as much as I'm willing to be a douchebag to get laid, I don't want to be some pretentious fuck who expects everyone to use his language in a foreign country. Still, I can't imagine getting far with broken German either.
I'm thinking a little bit of both might be best, start in German out of respect but switch to English when I hit my limit - which will be very early on. This is often how it goes with most people I talk to, only that they switch to English first. I realize the language barrier will still be there in the end.
At any rate I'm not content to fuck only my fbs that come to visit, so feedback would be very helpful.
