So today i was finally able to start using the bathmate. I didn't take any measurements before because I had an international flight and wanted to pump before I passed out from all the jet lag.

Prior to using the X40 I followed the beginners guide and today was the first day for me to use the pump. I tried to enter the X40 flaccid like the beginners guide instructs newbs to do, but the excitement gave me a 75% erection. I went in and was able to hold max pressure for the prescribed 8 mins. I was at the 6.5" mark the whole time. When I releases the pressure I was surprised to see my penis was noticeably thicker and heavier. However, I had the traditional donut ring right behind the glands. The fluid build up is in my foreskin since I am not cut. 20 mins after pumping I'm hanging noticeably longer and thicker. It looks like i took a punch to the tip as the frenulum and foreskin have all the fluid retention. It appears that most.of the gain was in the glands and not so much on the shaft.

Note: I did not use the comfort ring.
