I've been using this for the past month in my quest to get up to 160 pounds. Basically, I eat my normal 2,000 calorie diet and then slam one of these down. Ingredients are as follows :
Whole milk 2 cups (300 calories)
Steel cut oats 1 cup (300 calories)
Medium banana 2 or 3 (~200 calories)
Peanut butter 1 serving (200 calories)
Chocolate syrup 4 tablespoons (200 calories)
Total : 1,200 calories
Takes about 5 minutes to drink. Absolute godsend when you need to down upwards of 3500 calories a day.
