I decided to give it a try, as I have one month left before I move for vacations. This is the first day for me, I will let you guys know if I feel like it works.
Starting weight: 145lbs for 5"10
Body fat = near 12%.
Day 1:
Woke up at 10am, took a pill of 300mg Alpha Lipoic Acid
10:30:
100 gr whole wheat macaroni
200 grams of ground beef
250 grams of peas
200 grams of tuna
10 grams L-Glutamine
5 grams Creatine
Total: 1200 kcal
13:30:
Worked out. Did reps at a 5/5 cadence and ended up doing
Close grip (palms facing me) Pulldown 7 reps of 135 lbs.
Machine Shoulder Press 8.5 reps of 100 lbs.
15:30
Half a shaker of whey protein, almond butter, bananas, almond milk
Total: 450 kcal
20:30
1 pill 300mg Alpha Lipoic Acid
Plenty of sushi
Total: near 1400 kcal

Overall, I ate 3500 calories, which is a bit much (i'm supposed to eat 2900 kcals minimum).
I feel bloated as fùck, but my muscles are really sore so I have hope.
