I just finished your beginner bathmate program a few days ago, it was very helpful. I'm really digging the bathmate especially with the pump, I was able to tolerate it. I want to start pumping everyday, also incorporating bathmate stretches for length. How do I do this without overtraining? Should I pump one day then stretch the next?
I'd appreciate any feedback you can give me on this man.
