Are most people in general mean or just curious? - by: Silo399

Anybody here ever experience other guys(older and younger) stare or mean mug you for whatever reason they have if any at all?

I swear i can't go a day without someone doing this and I know for sure it isn't my fault as was never one to be mean to someone , especially if I don't even know them. I live in a city where 90% of the population is "gangsters" haha. But even people who have money , and nice cars do the same. The car I drive right now isn't that all appealing as it was a project to begin with. But my clothes and the style I have is on point nobody were I live I think is from this website so I know no one dresses as good as our community does. And whenever I get out of my car they seem to be in shock of how I'm dressed, that I even get second glances from guys (no homo) and girls.

Either they stare in appreciation/respect or in hate I can't remember a day were this didn't happen.
They stare all they want and it doesn't affect me or get me angry. Just looking to see if this is something that happens just because of the area I'm in, or does this happen regardless of location?
