Second time trying to post this. Sorry if duplicate. I searched for posts on this issue, but couldn't find an aswer. The BM customer service hasn't responded in over a week.
I have the Hercules but it is useless in the shower, even with the neckstrap. No suction, water spills out immediately, and trying to stop spillage out the nose with my hand doesn't work. This has prevented consistent use because of my current living situation.
I'm looking to get the Xtreme or Hydromax 30. I'm confused because the Hydromax has a shower demo video, but the Xtreme does not. However, the Xtreme seems to be the superior model. I'm wondering if that means the Xtreme is not intended for shower use like the Hydromax. Want to get this straight before I order another model.
Anyone use their BM primarily standing up, in the shower? If so, which model do you have?
