hi, in my intro i posted that i have a small dick
4.25" bone pressed erect length, it can go as small as 1.75" when flaccid (is that micro dick?)
3.75" erect girth
i want to gain 1in in bpel and .5in in meg
goal: 5.25 bpel 4.25 meg
my routine is
3x3min heat-stretch
40s heat - 20s stretch
3min jelq 40%-60% erection
2min v jelq same
end with heat
then follow a linear progression adding 1min per month on jelq and halfmin per month on v jelq until 15min jelq 9min v jelq is reached
i don't want to toughen my dick very soon plus i never want to get venous leakage like some who tried PE and got irreversible erectile dysfunction. my routine will be geared for "therapeutic gains" and eq health
