I've been on the low carb keto diet for around 3-4 weeks now . I started around 208 lbs ..... currently I am down to 196 lbs
I have ZERO cravings for junk card foods ....... but I've read articles and watched fitness videos where its recommended to have a cheat meal every week or every 2 weeks .... supposedly theres some benefits to that .
The foods I eat each day are simply meat , eggs , oil , cheese , chipolete ( only meat & veggies) , creme cheese , tuna , avocados . Im eating around 1700 - 1900 calories per day . I hit the gym 3-5 times / week .... I do some cardio aswell .
Looking for some advice - Do I need to have a cheat day ? can I just stick with my lowcarb keto diet or will the body adapt to it and I'll stop loosing weight ?
