Hey guys thought I'd start a journal - help keep me motivated to my #2 goal.

1st Picture is me in 2013.

2nd Picture is me 1 month ago.

3rd Picture is me now.

1st picture is me after doing 9 months of Martial Arts. I've been back at martial arts for 1 month now and lost 6kg (13lbs). So basically I'm confident that 5-6 hrs of martial arts a week is enough to get my weight down (plus I'm eating better).

However back then I was extremely skinny and didn't really have any muscle, just low BF. So this time around I'm going to try and juggle martial arts with the gym. MA gives me cardio, weight loss, fighting skill and is very social. I just need gym to build muscle. Tried home workout but na, not for me, need to feel a strong pump or I'm not happy.

Yup so my goal is to get to 2013 BF which I know I can do just from training hard at the dojo, but balance that with 3x workout in the gym heavy lifts. I should have signed up today but I let someone convince me to do at home workout mistake! I will sign up Tuesday.
