I am 35 years old and currently prescribed TRT.
My protocol is as follows
Day 1: Inject 160 mg test cyp
Day 2: 0.5mg Anastrazole
Day 3: ---
Day 4: 500IU hCG w/ 0.5mg Anastrazole
Day 5: ---
Day 6: 500IU hCG
Day 7: Repeat Cycle
I had my blood drawn on day 7 for my last lab test, and had a testosterone level of ~750ng/dl and an estrodiol of 31 pg/ML.
Basically, my question is this: Would it be worthwhile to adjust this protocol to injecting 2x/week, and adjust the dosage so I no longer require an AI and to provide more stable levels? Moreover, would I want to switch the hCG injections to 250IU every three days as oppose to my 500IU 2x/week? I have heard that method mentioned on this forum quite a few times and am wondering if that would be better for long term health. Likewise, I have also heard that finding the correct dosage to where an AI is not needed is also beneficial.
My last concern is also adjusting this protocol to allow Kratom to work again, I made this thread here a few days:
