Having 'problems', advice welcome, clean bulking - by: Idan

OK so basically my plan to bulk up to the maximum my genetics will allow in a clean manner. So I am now trying to establish a daily baseline calorie intake of 3000 calories so I can ascertain how much I need to increase this to make weight gains every week. Once I have achieved this I will starting juicing as I cut down to get the ideal physique.

That is all fine. I eat protein, carbs and fats in theoretically even ratios as I am trying to gain weight. I believe I am eating clean foods.

Problem is my arse hates me. Everytime I shit I always have to wipe for ages and always feel like I am pinching one off leaving a king kong's finger lodged in there. Sorry for the details but I also find there is often itchiness also and it is driving me insane?

Ideas?

My diet looks like this:

Meal 1: Pre-workout: 2 scoops whey protein, barleans, coconut oil

Meal 2: Post-workout: 6 poached eggs, 200g long grain white rice cooked in tiny scoop of coconut oil to reduce GI, protein shake with 2 scoops protein and some honey, Vegetable juice with juice from carrots, celery, kale, fennel, lemon, ginger, cucumber and apple cider vineger

Meal 3: Evening meal: whole flower of cooked broccoli with grassfed butter, avocado, 1/3 bar of 85% dark chocolate and a 2 whey protein protein shake.

This is my typical meal that I repeat every day. The idea is to merely add calories by way of coconut/olive oil shots or dark chocolate and so on.

So what the fuck is causing my ass problems and what is the cure???? I tried psyllium husks but this seems to make it worse. There is surely plenty of fibre from the avocado and broccoli so....

By the way is this good for weight gaining this diet?
