Bald + good body OR hair + mediocre body? - by: Roll Call

Tough choice for me to make here.

I have been obese as a teen and have lost around 100 pounds but still look terrible.

I have put myself on TRT and I barely look like I lift because I am 6'8. I know this low dosage isn't doing it for me anymore physically. I still am skinny fat and don't look the way I wanna look. I do have loose skin + gyno and will get this fixed in winter.

Now, I also suffer from Diffuse Male Pattern Baldness and have been on dutasteride which has been maintaining my hair.
I do a 1 guard all over my head every week which I like. Hairline still intact and I am the only one that knows I am going bald because diffuse thinning + buzz cut OR longer hair covers it up pretty nicely, especially with thick curly hair.

I have been contemplating on increasing the dose and using different compounds after I get rid of my loose skin to go to the next level. However, I do realize I will lose more hair.

What would be the best for me? Awesome body but bald (micropigmentation is an option..) or average body with full head of hair.
