Hey guys

I need help looking as conservative as possible for my upcoming job interviews (hospital/reference laboratories)





I currently look almost EXACTLY like this but with black hair/beard instead of blonde

and I have stretched earlobes (I removed my ear plugs/gauges whatever you wanna call them)

Would this hairstyle be considered good enough in the eyes of an interviewer?

My facial hair is going to be clean shaven btw

I need to look as pussy as possible and non-rebellious.
I need ideas for a hairstyle that will still allow me to keep my length (Took a while to get my hair this length, I want to avoid cutting it short but am willing to do what it takes to get the job if there's no other options)
