I go to sleep everyday at 11 pm and get up at ~ 7 am except for when I have to pull an all nighter for school/work.
I tried to function on lower amount but felt tired so I gave it up. Now I'm going to try it again.
I got earplugs + eye mask + nasal strips + my room is completely dark and cool before I go to sleep.
Any other things that would help?
