So just bought Phenibut for the first time, had a few questions, Whens the best time/place to take it?
For example would a random day where I'm not doing much other than chilling at home be a good time to take it to see how it feels and maybe try evaluate how much i need?
Do i have it on a night out?

Other question is regarding drinks, I want to use it on nights out because i don't like the fact with alcohol its easy to get wasted so i want to kind of replace alcohol with this (Though i still intend to drink a little), for example a common game for Pre drinks is beer pong, So how could i play games like this and still participate in playing drinking games while on this (Cause 3 drinks = 9 according to Chris guide), Would substituting with a very low alcohol content drink work?
Any other advice for my suggested use (Mainly nights out) or just doing this for the first time would be greatly appreciated.
