Is it saying "hi" to a girl, even though she might leave and not give you the hour of the day?
Or is it striking a conversation, and then asking for the number, counted as an "approach"?
In "How to approach efficiently", Chris mentions that approaching ~15 girls a week is sufficient for those who don't want to become hardcore players. But he also mentions that you must ask those 15 girls for their number, in order to play the game efficiently (the numbers game, that is).
This makes me wonder, what do you guys consider an approach proper? About 85% of my street approaches end with no real conversation (since the girl is in a hurry, or whatever other reason), and I do 10-15 of those approaches per week. So, I wonder, am I really playing the numbers game like I should?
