Hey guys,
This forum has a lot of awesome advice about style, but I have yet to see something about having a stylish home.
Thing is, though, I really don't have a good sense of aesthetics for decorating an awesome home. I plan to do a few basic things:
But the thing is, aside from those big structural things, I have no idea what to do. I just have bare walls. I've never hung a print or anything, except maybe some posters in my room back when I was a kid.
So, what are your favourite tips for an awesome, stylish home? Do you just hang prints of cool shit everywhere? Have a nice coffee table with a centerpiece?
I'm thinking of going minimalistic and majorly decluttering it, too. Also, would be cool to setup the deck with a hookah and make it an outdoors hookah lounge somehow.

Thing is, though, I really don't have a good sense of aesthetics for decorating an awesome home. I plan to do a few basic things:
- Get rid of carpet and replace with something that looks more like hardwood flooring (might be the synthetic snap-together stuff, but it looks just as good).
- Get some new furniture (especially my worn-out couches - maybe some nice black leather stuff)
- Get some furniture for the new deck (we all chipped in and had new, bigger decks built)
But the thing is, aside from those big structural things, I have no idea what to do. I just have bare walls. I've never hung a print or anything, except maybe some posters in my room back when I was a kid.
