I am 27.5 years old and I would like to be a little taller. I am not short by any means (5'11), but for years now I have been wishing I was at least 1 inch taller to get me to 6'0 and it would make me a lot happier and secure in myself. I hate it when my cousins (6'2 and 6'3) are over and they are both a lot bigger than me. I also feel like I have hit a wall in the gym. I have optimized my diet and am going consistently 3x/week but my physique is just not getting to where I want it. Furthermore, I have damn joint pain in my hips, shoulders, and lower back.
Doing some research on these topics has unearthed quite a bit of anectodal accounts of people gaining an inch or a little over an inch in height from HGH. Even Chris says on his HGH page that he has grown a verified 3/8 of an inch the first summer alone, while he was 25. It would also benefit my physique with helping me put on LBM and burn more fat. HGH is also known to hypertrophy a lot of connective tissue/ligaments (and thus build it up) so I think as a bonus it help me with my joint pain as well.
Right now I am reading my ass off about HGH and all the potential alternatives like L-Arginine or Ipamorelin. But I am really confused and my head is spinning because there is a lot of incomplete information. For example I have no idea where to buy HGH or even Ipamorelin. Every article just says to "make sure you are getting good stuff" but I have no idea how to make sure of that. There is like no discussion anywhere that I could find where people are confirming whether a source is legitimate or not. Also, I am not even sure which one would be the best to buy. Some sources are saying the peptides are actually better than the hormone itself, but at the same time I don't know if I could expect the same results with height gain if I use the peptides. Can anyone point me in the right direction and tell me if my plan is actually feasible?
