I'm 19 years old and I want to move out of my parents house before entering college. I'm entering college this fall(where I live its a lot cheaper than in the states tho plus the government gives out loans here) and I have been working a part time job for a year now.
I have a little more than 5k saved up atm.
Do you guys have any tips and advice?
How much money per week would you approximately need to survive?
I'm currently working a minimum wage job. What kind of job opportunities that pay better does a 19 yo with a HS diploma and a year of work experience has?
How would I tell it to my family?
Would you recommend me to move out now or wait until I end my studies? To make it short, I have a very good and caring family and I'm very grateful for having then. However, I also feel kind of indebted to them and spoiled at the same time. I want to feel that what I own is due to my own efforts and experience more freedom.
