Lost 50 lbs, not sure where to start - by: john801

I will be turning 26 in a few months and recently lost 50 lbs (cardio and diet, have maintained it for 4+ months now with diet), I'm 5'10 145 lbs now (15-17% bf), so my facial features are finally showing (I was skinny/obese and depressed most of my youth).

I wear lifts and can pass as being 6'0, however I have some unchangeable flaws (crooked nose, redness from past acne, olive / light brown skin + very dark eyes). The obvious advice is to just improve my looks, however I've already made a very drastic improvement and have bigger issues (extremely stunted lifestyle with loner parents)

At this time, I have no idea where to start. I have read almost everything on this site (2 years on here), however I have no friends and barely any social skills outside of those required to function in a job requiring very little interaction.

I work full time and live with my parents (I did live alone in a large city for over a year, didn't make a difference for the reason mentioned above). Of course, I have considered the basics, however I really feel that having no social status is going to be a challenge. Most attractive women where I live all have a large group of friends and I generally have nothing in common with other people.
