Lots of Supplements, Need Direction (Fat Loss) - by: Ultimadrago

Hey guys, so I've purchased a number of the recommendations and don't know exactly how I should use them through the day. -Barlean's, Osta-Red, Red Burner, UMP (Cookie's and Cream), Opti-Men, BCAA (Lemon-Lime). Please tell me if any of these are redundant or if another supplement would be required

My idea so far on the average training day is:

- Osta-Red (Morning before Workout, Afternoon and Night)
- Red Burner (to take with Osta-Red)
- BCAA once before Workout and once at end of day (This is my second time trying these. I took Pineapple before and it made me want to vomit. Hope Lemon-Lime is better)

Workout:
- 30-45 minutes Weight lift, Push-ups
- 15 minutes cardio

Alternative meal:
- 1 Scoop of UMP Cookie's and Cream in water or almond milk (Out of beginner's idiocy/frustration, I took Lipodrene with it once too on an empty stomach , which worked out very bad for me. Diarrhea, Headache, Stomach ache. Very inexperienced with this stuff)

I find that I take the Barlean's and Opti-men haphazardly and don't know when I should take them. Any tips would be appreciated. I attempted this once in "Rocky Mentality" and dropped off hard (much like the AA Program I was supposed to finish). I don't want to run into that mindset again so I will likely vary moreso than hardcore enthusiasts. Again, super inexperienced.
