I do a 3 day push pull legs/abs at the moment and currently do back squats, front squats and some extra ham/quad work on my leg day. Right now Im squatting 110kg for 5 reps which i believe is 230-240lbs however I feel like my quads and hamstrings are pretty much as big as I will ever need them to be. In comparison I do 90+kg for 5 reps on my bench which is 190-200 lbs and I feel like my chest is much less large/visually developed. I have destroyed a few pairs of boxers doing squats at this point. I really do enjoy back squats but I would rather grow in other parts of my body.
Im wondering if the best way to plateau my legs would be to conciously stay at the same weight and continue my back squats or completely remove them to stop further growth and just to front squats/hamstrings for muscle upkeep. In anyone has any expertise to share would be apprciated thanks
