I am training for quite a while now, but I recently stump on this forum. I read this thread that you should have 8 - 10% fat. Mine is around 15-20% I think, but I still look slim. Until I show my belly that has tons of fat. I am 172 cm and weight around 68/69kg. I have decent muscles at the moment, but I still want to look for more. Yet I want to lose fat and just lose this fat belly. What do you guys think I should do?
