well the thing is that I move to costa rica like 4 months ago for work, and something I feel a little depressed because I feel that I haven't a goal, I mean I want to do some stuff but here I'm starting again from 0, I live in an apartment alone and I have a job, I want to hit the gym again (I just have 19 years old) but I have a problem, when I start to train like 2.5 years ago when i was 16 years old and my result use to be really good but I not diet so I was fat, so the fast muscle growth cause stretch marks in my arms so I stopped the training... So guys I want to start again because Im fat and the iron its real effective against the depression and i want to start have some goals again, well the question here guy its how you fight against stretch marks or how you avoid it?
