Hey guys, as you may have heard empty stomach cardio is a great way to burn fat. I am currently trying to bulk from 150 to 170 and I heard that by taking BCAA in the morning, my body will remain in an anabolic state throughout the morning cardio and, therefore, I'll be able to maximize fat loss while still eating excess calories to build muscles. The cardio will be 30 min (no more) at around 70-75% of my MHR. What do you guys think of this plan? Thanks!
