lost 16 pounds in the last 18 weeks after a not very clean bulk. lost very little strength in the process
current weight
170 pounds at slightly 5 11 14.7 inch biceps. 23 inch thighs 14.something in calves. 7.2 inch wrists. 33 inches waist on completely empty stomach (it was 35.5 after my bulk) if thaat helps at all
pls estimate my bodyfat cuz this shit is getting frustrating lol
how many kgs do you think ill have to lose to get to 10 %
can i get to 10% in 2 months from now ? i wanna start a clean bulk as im getting annoyed with eating just 2000 calories
im also liftinf 4-5 days a week with a combination of low reps heavy weights compound movements and mid range reps (8-12).
i also startes walking making sure i cover atleast 8-10k steps per day on my shealth app
