My problem is that I want to lose 4-8cm around my lower stomach (1cm under my belly button), but dieting noticeably reduces the quality of my appearance.

Can anyone give me some dietary advice on keeping a very full look (lots of water, muscle glycogen and so on) for longer during a cut? I'd like to stay as full as humanly possible while losing a half pound a week.
