This is goint to be my journal during the approach anxiety program. Every day, I'm going to write about the drills I did, and how it went. So, for today (day 2), I signet the petition, and started this journal.
Getting excited do start doing the drills.
A very important thing concerning the journal, as said on the audio tape, is: "Write what you did. Not what you're going to do, not what you're thinking about doing. What you've done! What you already did." Do the drill - execute!
