Hey guys, pretty new here and still curing myself from the PUA nonsense.

On that note its been a little hard to motivate myself to start the gym since we're fed the B.S of looks don't matter, you can be over/under weight and still get tons of pussy so I havent really ever hit the gym. Until now

If you don't know I am pretty underweight and before I start the AA program or PoF program I have decided to get my sex appeal handled.

this is because I feel it provides the most flexiblity. I added pullups variation on third day cause I think pull ups rock and want to get them in.

I am also eating like a polar bear thats late for hibernation, Ive gone up 8 lbs in the last week, but it could just be water weight from creatine.

Stats:
168 lbs current (up from 160 last week)
Overhead Press: 7.5lb each side
Chinup: -35 lbs (I still need help lol)
Squat: 30lbs each side
Bench: 17.5lbs each side
Barbell row: 12.5 each side
Deadlift: 30lbs each side.

I plan to update once a week, maybe more if something bizarre happens.
