I've decided that trying to work out the whole every day was the wrong decision. I want to get lean and strong. The gym I belong to is just that, just a gym, no pool or anything.
I've also decided to do the Foundation workout program before I start my workout. It can be found here.

I did legs on the first day. Any advice on what I should do for a 5 day schedule. I'm using weight machines, mostly, and I want a bigger butt. I'm not going for super high weights right now. Please give any advice.
