Day 1,2,3 were completed today. I signed the petition and introduced myself to the community, check it out here I've also been on Tinder, POF , and Bumble for a couple months now.
Day 4
Task: Walk up to 5 girls and ask them what time it was
I thought this was going to be easy but it was harder than I thought. I started out at the Outlets in Long Beach. It was a Thursday late afternoon, I was with my son (he's 2) pushing him around in the stroller. Plan was to walk around and target chicks that I would bang. it was kind of dead though, weren't quite as many people as I thought there'd be. So I go into Forever21, right when I walk in.. 2 hot Middle Eastern girls probably a few years younger than me. At first I'm like... Oh perfect! I catch a look from one of them, and at that point... I fuckin puss out. I walk right past them. Damn it!! I guess this goes to show how necessary this program is for me.
1. After that happened I just got the fuck out and went over to GAP. I bought my son some shorts and when I was in line, the first opportunity presented herself. She was cute, a few years older than me, and was foreign (Eastern European I think). I asked... she had to get her phone out of her purse, she seemed super happy to help.
2. Walked outside and let a perfect one walk right past. I kicked myself, then saw a cutie with pink hair sitting all alone on her phone. That was an easy one. Her reaction was a little nervous but she gave me a cute smile which felt good.
3. Walked back to my car and drove to a different part of town. Walked up and down the sidewalks, I let a few walk by, I notice that I get a little intimidated when there is more than one, or if they seem preoccupied or in a hurry. Waiting at a crosswalk and short thick little blonde with a decent rack and and a nice butt, I ask, and it takes her a little while to find her phone, I'm starting to get a kick out of how people react and get all nervous, it notice it actually puts me more at ease seeing how people get, and how most people want to be helpful.
4. Next one was a lady walking the opposite way as me, and I noticed how a lot of times people try really hard to avoid eye contact sometimes, and this was the case with her so I waved her down and asked.
5. Next one was at a cross walk, girl in yoga pants looked bangin' from the back, a whooty if I've ever seen one. I ask and she turns around and her face was just whatevs... She didn't have her phone on her so she couldn't tell me. Since her response to my question isn't important, that was my 5th.
6. Got a bonus one in on my way back to the car, she probably had the most negative reaction, but it really wasn't bad, I could tell in her eyes that she thought it was a little weird, or that maybe I was up to something
Takes aways from today are
- This is not going to be easy
- For the next day, I need to work on going up to a girl even if she's in a group
- Completing this program will drastically change my life for the better
- I know I can do this
Day 5
Task - walk up to 10 girls and ask for time... Do it faster than yesterday
Started my day off in Hollywood. The first spot I choose turned out being a little sketch but I was able to knock out 1 approach. I did let the first girl I saw slip away, I had a decent opportunity to get her attention but my anxiety kicked in. After this initial battle with anxiety I experienced little to no anxiety on the rest of my approaches and I let only 2-3 others slip away on my first set of today. On my second set I focused on approaching the first hot girl I saw and letting fewer slip away.
1st set
1. 2 really hot European girls in their early twenties. They were passing by and I asked. She stopped and showed me her watch as she wasn't sure how to read the time lol. I thanked them and said good bye
2. Ended up driving a few blocks down and I'm glad I did, wayyyy more people. Another European, she was by herself. She told me it was 2:15, but I knew it was actually 1:15... Lol good thing I didn't really need to know what the real time was
3. Another passerby'er. She had her hands full but didn't mind at all juggling her bags to reach into her purse to tell me the time
4. Caught another, cute black girl around my age. Gave me a nice smile as I said good bye
5. Walking back to my car spotted a punk rock chick with shaved side of her head and pinkish hair. She also gave me a nice smile as I said good bye
2nd set
Walked the same city block since last time was pretty efficient. Took a little longer this time for my first approach
6. I was at a crosswalk and caught up to a girl that was walking the same direction. First one went well... feeling good
7. Time to get bold. Next approach was a good one in the sense I got a much different response from them then all my others today. There were 2 of them, they were dimes, and looked like the spoiled type. They were passing by, I stopped and asked, they looked at me didn't stop, kept walking, but did end up shouting the time to me when as they kept walking away. I saw her friend look at her as they kept walking and could tell what they were thinking.... "Oh my god, I can't believe that guy thought he had a chance."
Now I don't actually know that, so I shouldn't just assume. At first I felt a little curved, but realized I executed the approach on 2 dimes I would never usually approach. So really I look at it as a success.
8. Walked up to another 2 ladies in work out clothes probably in their late 30's. Turns out they were European... Maybe their English wasn't so good as she just showed me her watch and didn't say anything
9. Easiest approach of the set. A girl standing alone with her headphones on. Easy
10. Waiting at a crosswalk a mature hottie walked by. Also a fairly easy approach. She also didn't slow down at all
Take aways from today
- Less overall AA than yesterday
- Asked 10 in the same amount of time it took me to ask 5 yesterday
- Always need to remind myself to be focus on my execution.... not their reaction
- Need to improve on not letting some slip away
