Before the Ban, I had the 4oz Stem and Vein in my cart but there was a billing problem. I emailed customer service. They got back quickly and told me how to fix it but that the store will be temporarily off line until Friday. I go to get online and of course the kratom ban happened and it didn't re-open until today. Now the Stem and Vein is Double the price at $30 so I emailed back and ask if they would honour the original price I had it locked in at in my cart and they just emailed me back "Prices have changed due to the ban and we aren't able to make adjustments, sorry about that!"
Ok I get it, demand is high so your gonna charge higher. But atleast honour the original price since it was your problem the billing was fucked to begin with and thats why I couldn't order. There's tons of other vendors who haven't raised their prices at all: Taunton bay soap company, wicked Kratom, etc...this is the price of being loyal customer?
