Intermittent fasting and sprint training
It was that simple.
Bear in mind I have a superhuman metabolism. (Thanks Dad.)
My diet consisted of around 3000 calories a day but I only start eating at 3 pm
The amount of protein I was having was well over 150g a day. This was to prevent catabolism of muscles and leaves the body to break down the fat for energy as the muscles are maintained thanks to the protein. I was getting the amount of food my body needed I just push it to later on in the day.
Another type of diet that helped to get rid of the last bit of fat. STUPIDLY LOW CARBS and STUPIDLY HIGH AMOUNTS OF PROTEIN. Low carbs meant not alot of energy from carbs for the body to burn, so it turns to fat. Again the high protein prevents catabolism of muscles.
I found out that sprint training is a super fat burner and only takes 5 minutes or less a day. I play american football so , my training program for sprints is more extreme and dramatic but I would recommend a pyramind scheme:
NOTE THIS IS DONE ON A TREADMILL AS YOU CAN INCREASE INCLINE TO BURN MORE FAT.
10 sec sprint of high speed, 10 second rest
15 sec sprint of highspeed, 20 second rest
15 sec sprint of high speed, 10 second rest
20 sec sprint of high speed, 15 second rest
15 sec sprint of high speed, 15 second rest
10 sec sprint of high speed, 10 second rest
Using both of these methods I was able to burn of 18 lbs after my bulk to 176.8lbs from 187.4.
