Hey guys this is my first approach to PE, my dick ain't that small but my big lower body makes it look small in proportion..
My quads are about 26'' in girth so even an 8 incher would look normal on me, big bones here we go(about 13'' ankles)..
Okay so I measered yesterday trying to be as precise as possible:
Non Bone-Pressed Erect Length: 5.5 in / 14cm
Bone-Pressed Erect Length: 6.3 in / 16 cm
Flaccid Length: 4.3 in / 11 cm
Flaccid Girth: 4.7 in / 12 cm
Erect Girth: 5.5 in / 14.0cm
To be completely honest last week I did one day of a beginner routine I found online(JP90 I think) and my flaccid dick became literally AMAZING and I waited one week for it to get back to "normal" size and make measurements.
I honestly think it's worth it just walking around with such an awesome kind of pumped dick so that's a plus to keep myself accountable.
As far as the routine goes I tweaked the one I quoted a little to suit my needs:
Warm up 5 mins
Stretching 5 mins + 1 min every session until I get to 15 mins
Jelquing mixed with V-Jelquing 150 jelqs and 90 V-Jelqs in total upping by 15 jelqs and 10 v-jelqs every session
Warm down 5 mins(not completely sure on this..)
It feels stupid to set goals since I have no experience but I'd like to get to 20 cm BPEL and 16 cm EG, flaccid isn't that much of a concern as it is but you know more never hurts![;) ;)]()
That's all, hoping to get back from you with feedback on my approach, my main concern is that after about three months I'll be stuck in the fuckin shower for 1 hour due to PE.
