Basically i want to implimnate this i really want to do it .. i dropped all my habits like tv / social media/ texting / other time wasting activities
Some facts about me MY 2 MAIN PRIORITIES
1a. Get good grades (study,attend classes Im a student)
1b. BEAT AA .. (AA program day 27/64)
I want to maintain a body that is lean 8-10% but has some muscle mass so im currently on glldiet as well ..
My mma is BJJ 2x a week and Kickboxing 2x a week
I do Hot yoga 3x a week ( helps with joints n meditation really helps with school n i feel flexible and fkin amazing)
Im planning to do push pull legs 2x a week so go to gym 6/7 days a week .... is this all doable?
Or would this be to much?
Basically while i am fucking girls i want my test to be high as possible so having a lean body eating good foods greens with the fighting aspect of martial arts will grant me a valhalla experience yes? Any input is appreciated! i wanted to ask if this is ok
