I saw Chris' post about physique to target - somewhere between a fashion model and fitness model and stary away from bodybuilder looks. That said, I want to put numbers in prospective:
I am 6 feet (183) cms tall
Weight about 73-75 Kg
Biceps 13 inches (with good defination)
BF: little less than 20%
I have been typically said as skinny, lanky guy. but lately started to add muscles.
I am now seeing some visible results of how women are reacting... I wish to find that happy spot where I am good enough and don't spend too much time in building muscles.
PS: I am currently doing home workout as I can't join gym.
