Hey everyone,
I've been training for a little over two months now. About a month ago I started to notice some mild elbow pain before and after my workouts that would happen only occasionally and wouldn't really bother me too much. It got progressively worse and now the pain has become pretty fucking awful. Both elbows flare up real bad after any kind of strenuous activity: lifting, other sports, sex, whatever. The pain usually lasts for about an hour or two and affects the whole elbow joint area. I've done a lot of research on tennis/golfer's elbow but I really can't determine where the pain is coming from exactly because the whole area just aches. It's gotten bad enough to the point where I've started icing and I made an appointment with the doc.
I'm pretty convinced this shit has to do with lifting because I've never lifted as often or as consistently as I do now and I've never had elbow problems in the past.
If anybody has any insights to share about this situation or has experienced something similar, I would appreciate it tremendously if you helped me out.
Thanks a lot guys
