This is my first time attempting this. Mainly using this journal for myself to keep track of my progress. I am trying to beat my AA. I am naturally an introvert and naturally have issues with AA unless I've been drinking heavily, so I'm trying to kill it once and for all.
Day 4:
Talked to 5 girls and asked for the time. Really wasn't hard. Most girls had their phones out anyways so they just looked at their screen and gave me the time. Hardest approach was a girl who was lighting a cigarette, had to stop and put away the lighter and get out her phone to give me the time. All in all, solid start.
