Now I know that many people here preach that you can't gain muscles while losing weight.
I'm completely fine and agree with that,it's not what I want anyway.
What I want is a diet that will enable me to do my strength training routine while losing fat.
Is there any diet out there that can help me still gain strength while losing weight?
Even if the process is slower than it should I'm fine with it.
I'm gonna take a bunch of BCAA's that Chris suggest here.
Thing is I've been getting really strong on my squats,bench and deadlift,I want to keep getting stronger on these while shedding fat.
I know dieting while gaining strength are inversely proportional but if any of you know anything that could work then please go ahead and preach it even if it's not optimal,just give the best solution you have,thank you in advance!
