Since we're on the topic of challenging conventional wisdom, I wanted to pick your brains about something. I hate doing manual stretches, and I hate traction devices like SG even more. But I love jelqing and I love bathmate. And that's all I've been doing lately. Everybody says that stretching needs to be a big part of your routine if you want length. But we know that SG will build girth, just like bathmate will build length. There's a routine called R's jelq routine. This is a guy who decided to do nothing but jelq, adding time and frequency as he went on. He modified his jelqs to upward strokes, no longer than 2s. He made it all about volume. And he gained over an inch in length and girth in less than a year. I've skyped wtih AJ Alfaro aka Big Al, who is known in the PE community, and he's spoken directly with R. I trust AJ, which is why I think R is credible. Apparently R didn't see any gains until the 3 month mark. Takes willpower to keep going like that on nothing but faith. What I have in mind is not R's routine exactly, but I felt it was importance to reference.

Long story short I'm attracted to the idea of a jelq-only routine + bathmate. It's simple, and it'll be enjoyable for me which is important because I have to want to do it. And I'll focus on volume and frequency. My goal is to put on 1.25" in length and 0.75" in girth.

I wanted to gauge your reactions.
