Hey there, new to the forum. I want to do the low carb diet for weight loss. I'm using the small gym that's in my building so I only have access to a bunch of cardio machines, a bench, and a bunch of dumbbells. I can dedicate an hour to working out every morning, 3-5 days a weeks. What exercises should be doing, and what type of split? Any help would be appreciated
