What do you guys do to snap out of that "low state"
Basically I've had a couple days where I've went out to approach and just didn't feel like talking to anyone
Completely anti-social despite my burning frustration with not being able to approach
I read the article on "going 0 to 100" and it made a lot of sense, I'm just looking for more insight
