I understand if you want to have a multi million dollar business, make a lot of money, buy expensive shit, and all of that. It's great to have material things and material success but looking at it, comparing 30 somethings to college kids and 20 somethings, it feels like the sex, social life, and everything just kinda goes away. People really "settle down" with their lives and none of the popularity contests or debauchery really exist.
It's the college kids and people in their 20s who are doing things like partying, sleeping around, and having fun. People in their 30s seem to just kinda opt out of life and try to live vicariously through their kids or something. It's like everyone is either married with kids or a weird lonely miserable fuck. Your only option as a guy in his 30s to be around fun people is to find friends in their 20s but after a while, you will feel out of place.
Even the expensive shit and going to cool places feel so shitty when you don't have any friends to enjoy it with because all of your friends are married.
All of what I hear about life in a guy's 30s make me wonder, is there really a point to life in your 30s when it comes to girls and social life?
