So I took peoples advice and talked to a lot of people and made a group of friends when I moved in to residence. The problem is they're cool enough people but I only truly connect with 2-3 of them.
I didn't used to be an awkward guy but I feel from the lack of sleep I've been getting, and having to always talk/be around people in rez I'm just getting more and more socially awkward, like I only have the skills to have a basic conversation where I ask a lot of questions and don't talk a lot about myself.
I also find that I can have a pretty decent 1 on 1 conversation with someone but when it comes to groups I just can't be funny/interesting. This is both with guys and girls, was not the deal in high school as I was loud(maybe annoying) but didn't care.
I am in the top ~5% of looks of guys that live in rez so have still been able to bang 4 chicks in last two months and always have girls make themselves available to me in clubs and trying to fuck me from social groups. But I just don't feel like myself and am always stuck in my head/censoring myself when it comes to socializing.
