In one word : Bad. I was always tired, I was stuck at 12 reps on the pull up, and I was tiptoeing around what I ate. It sucked dick. Obviously, I stopped it, and switched to a plant BASED diet, not plant exclusive diet. I don't drink milk, but I do eat cheeses and lean meats now, and my energy is coming back, as well as my sex drive. I am still mildly concerned about arterial health though, if anyone has any suggestions on that.
I also started taking a multi vitamin, which may have helped, I'm not sure yet.
