I started doing Bathmate stretches this week and was having amazing progress and then overdid it by having a 20 minute session with my x40 Xtreme and going straight into stretches. As I was 2 minutes into the stretches I felt a sting which forced me to get out of the BM and saw a huge blood blister on my head. It's been 2 days now and it's not shrinking. I'm disgusted because I really didn't want to take an extended break from PE especially since I was starting to make good progress with the stretches.
I'm not new to PE using the BM and regularly do 20 min sessions every morning but this was my first week of doing stretches and the pressure was obviously too much between the regular session and stretches.
So....my questions are.
1. Can I still use the BM with a blood blister on the head or should I lay off until blister is completely gone?
2. What's the best way to avoid getting blood blisters?
3. How do people break up their x40 xtreme routines? I'm using the suction ball and getting max pressure btw.
4. How long do these larger blood blisters take to heal?
