Hey guys so I have stumbled upon this forum after getting treating like crap time and time again by girls. I think the reason that this is happening is that the girls know that I don't have options.

This is my current physique. I am also Indian and I feel like girls don't respect me as much as they would a guy of another race.
I know I need to improve my physique so please give me suggestions if possible. As an Indian guy, I feel like I need to look big to get respect. I'm already short as it is. Also I can't post a face picture but if you guys can suggest a good haircut also that would be great.
How should I behave around the frat types of guys? What kind of personality will work for me?
I'm usually a nice guy and that has gotten me no where. Very few people respect me, especially girls. I'm not particularly interested in white girls, just girls who aren't Indian.
