Pls advise - based on my photo - cut/bulk? - by: Big in Japan

I'm pretty much fucked in both directions, skinnyfat even though I've been working out for almost 2 years now

Last 2 months I finally started getting at least some results, but very slowly.

Should I keep getting muscle or first get rid of the fat that I have on my belly?

Or just lift heavy on calories deficit and see what happens ...

Don't know if it's relevant but my height is 187 cm (6'2) / 80 kg

Note: my point is to get hot girls, not to be a bodybuilder. After an unsuccessful date with a hot girl (who told me during the date she likes muscular/army guys), I'm thinking it would have been better if had more muscle..
