So trying to get into the best shape i can before NY (After already losing a lot of weight - I know what im doing diet and training wise) ive been steadily losing weight for weeks. Im getting to the point now where im like 13-16% bodyfat i would say so im just trying to get an edge for this month to get rid of as much fat as possible.
So my question is how do i take them?
I was planning on taking 1 Red burner in the morning (Empty stomach) and 1 in the night or afternoon
Then red PCT 3 on empty stomach in the morning
is there a better way to do it?
